Take a look at how Trailblazers were able to win their maiden Women's T20 Challenge trophy on Monday beating Supernovas.
Indian cricketer Smriti Mandana-led Trailblazers lifts the trophy for the 1st time in the Women's IPL T20 Challenge on Monday. The team was able to win by 16 runs defeating Supernovas to make it to their maiden win in the league. Captain Mandana was able to set a good target for the team by scoring 68 in 49 balls. Her superior skills as a batswoman were seen as she scored consecutive boundaries taking the team to a win.
It was also left-arm spinner Radha Yadav who took five-wickets making it difficult for Supernovas to beat the score. Radha created havoc in the 18th and 20th over creating a history of her own in the match. She became the first bowler in the history of Women's T20 Challenge to pick up 5 wickets.
