This week was all about exciting and unexpected announcements. Check out this weekly roundup to know all the important updates.
The week was exciting for us all as our favourite creators announced some really exciting projects they’ll be part of. So if you had a bad week, this weekly roundup will make your Friday better. By watching the trailer of Prajakta Koli in the upcoming Vidya Balan movie Neeyat, we can say for sure that it's going to be a thrilling ride. With a stellar cast and an on-the-edge plot, the movie looks promising. The murder mystery is set to release on 7th July and we all can't wait to watch it. Talking about big releases, who isn't excited about the new season of Lust Stories? It's been a while since we watched the first season and it still finds a way in our conversations. The trailer of Lust Stories 2 has been recently released and social media star Mrunal Thakur is part of it. Seeing her on screen has left the creator community all excited. That also reminds us of Avneet Kaur’s movie "Tiku weds Sheru" opposite Nawazuddin Siddiqui which has been released on Amazon Prime. Fans really liked the performances and comedy of the film.
On the international creator front, one of YouTube’s oldest and most successful comedy collectives, Smosh, has been bought back by its original co-creators, Ian Hecox and Anthony Padilla. They shared a YouTube video explaining the whole situation. They got it back from the YouTube comedy and talk show duo, Rhett & Link. Rhett & Link acquired Smosh 4 years ago. We all have watched the videos of Bhuvan Bam and saw him growing and experimenting with the content he makes. We have seen him doing skits, interviews, and even music. BB Ki Vines recently celebrated their 8 years and all fans are feeling proud to see Bhuvan come this far.
