Uttar Pradesh's wanted criminal who killed 8 police personnel, Vikas Dubey was finally arrested from a temple in Madhya Pradesh.
The Uttar Pradesh police have arrested Vikas Dubey, a wanted criminal on Thursday. He was arrested in Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh. The police confirmed the arrest of the suspect who has been on a run. He was been chased across states following the sensational murder of 8 police personnel in Kanpur last week.
It is reported that he may have let the cops know his location at Mahakal Temple in Ujjain where he was arrested form. The man was declared wanted after his ambush in Kanpur on a police party in his village. He had earlier escaped from Faridabad where two of his accomplices were caught. Police also killed two of his aides in separate encounters on Thursday. Vikas Dubey is a local politician with over 60 criminal cases charged against him, with a long list of criminal records.

Vikas Dubey was going to Ujjain Mahakal temple when he was identified by security personnel. Police were informed, he confessed his identity after being pushed for it.
