Twitter was definitely not amused by the prospect of ATM hunting as multiple reports of desolate ATMs across numerous states began to surface earlier this week. Then came Finance Minister Arun Jaitley’s confirmation of the cash crunch who asked the public not to panic, but hey, do those ever work?
