Rohit Shetty’s latest mega-starrer, the Singham Again has dropped its trailer and it appears that the Singham universe has expanded like never before, with all the cops from the Shetty-verse coming together for an ultimate showdown against evil!
Ajay Devgn’sSingham has always been a character with a solid moral compass and a distinctive Maharashtrian flair, taking on corruption and delivering justice in his own powerful way. Over the years, RohitShetty’s cop universe has only grown bigger, with the addition of Ranveer Singh’s fun-loving but fierce Simmba and Akshay Kumar’s patriotic Sooryavanshi. Now, it was inevitable that with Devgn returning to the big screen as Singham, there would be a grand reunion of the three. Still, as the earlier announcements had promised and excited the fans, the trailer delivers on it by showcasing two new cop entries- Deepika Padukone as Shakti Shetty and Tiger Shroff as ACP Satya, who join in fighting a menacing villain, Danger Lanka played by Arjun Kapoor while saving Kareena Kapoor Khan.
The nearly five-minute trailer seems to be a Ramayana-inspired modern-day retelling set inside a cop universe. It’s everything you’d expect from a Rohit Shetty film as cars fly through the air, helicopters buzz overhead, police officers enter in style, and massive explosions occur. Every frame punctuates action-packed sequences with each actor getting a heroic introduction. With Shetty’s signature style of high-octane action mixed with larger-than-life storytelling written all over it, the trailer shows a massive ensemble-driven showdown, only this time with a mythological spin - Danger Lanka is poised as a Ravana-like figure while Singham, Simmba, Sooryavanshi, Shetty, and Satya—comes together like the Avengers in an epic battle for justice and save Avni.
#SinghamAgainTrailer is disappointing. All the cameos' entry was shown in the trailer itself, only Rohit Shetty can do this.Only Akshay Kumar's entry looks okay. Tiger,Deepika and Ranveer looks cringe. The concept of Ramayana looks strange. Not a single goosebumps moment 👎👎👎
