The legendary bounty-hunter and fan favourite Star Wars character, Boba Fett to get a new TV series on DisneyPlus titled, The Book of Boba Fett.
The force is with the fans, as Boba Fett gets its own TV show in 2021. Fans were left with a number of easter eggs and surprises after the final episode of The Mandalorian was released. The episode ended with an enigmatic post-credit teaser of The Book of Boba Fett.
Although fans were happy, they guessed it to be a subtitle of the next Mandalorian season. However, the co-creator and producer Jon Favreau confirmed that the legendary bounty-hunter will be getting its own new series on the popular streaming site, DisneyPlus Hotstar.
The team who also helmed the Fett-themed episode of Mandalorian will be creating the new series. It will be produced by Favreau, Dave Filoni and director Robert Rodriguez. Boba will be set around the same time as The Mandalorian. Disney+ had also announced two additional spinoffs of The Mandalorian, "Rangers of the New Republic" and "Ahsoka". These shows are set to stream on Disney+ in Christmas 2021.
