Songs that sound like lullabies for adults are just right for a good night's sleep so you can take over the world the next day.
For someone who only has to wake up, eat, cry and sleep, parents look for a bunch of ways they can make kids' lives peaceful. From remedies to learning a new lullaby, there is always something new that they want to try for their kids so they can have a good night's sleep. But let's be honest, kids are the not the only ones who need a good lullaby. If anything, adults are the ones who need it the most; the insufferable deadlines, the constant debate with our own thoughts (some call it overthinking), dealing with real life issues that always find a way to disturb our peace especially when you are about to sleep. There isn't a single adult who just dozes off without recalling embarrassing situations from the past, things to do the next day, having existential crisis or simply because sleep wouldn't come to them.
No matter what the reason is, there is nothing that a good song can't fix. We all have if not top 5 but at least one song, podcast or simple sounds that you can't sleep without listening to. For some, it might be Alka Yagnik's hook from Agar Tum Saath Ho before Arjit Singh takes over with the chorus and for others it can be the entire Thaniye Mizhikal song by Sooraj Santhosh. Some may need a little bit of 'Baby you better get some sleep tonight, All you got to do is close your eyes' from Sleep Tonight by The Rolling Stones or end up choking up as Corook sings 'Hey, hey, it's okay; Everybody feels kinda weird some days.' We need something that can shut down our own thoughts and help us fall back into sleep so we can wake up and take on the world.
