We can all agree that being a woman comes with a set of restrictions and a to-do list. And when women say that it is not easy to be a woman, they mean it. Women are forced and judged according to a number of rules that were made some thousands of years ago and it's ironic for a country like India that worships Goddesses.

Well, now that we don't live thousands of years ago but in this modern time, let's call a time-out on these rules and restrictions. Because restrictions only pull down a woman's confidence and our brave and incredible women are not here to be pulled down. They are here to rule, they have always been here to rule. So we have listed down some societal concepts that should change when it comes to women and society.

Having male friends. Ladka aur Ladki dost ban sakte hai aunty

Talking openly about period. Also, period blood is red, not blue

Confessing on being a feminist. It is more than what you think. It is about uplifting others and we are all in for it.

Can we be done with the work-life balance question already?

The pressure to settle down. Actually we want to but with ourselves, in our own home.
