What happens when you put 8 influencers in a villa without their phones? Social Currency is a new Netflix reality show where influencers Rowhi Rai, Mridul Madhok, Sakshi Chopra, Vagmita Singh, Ruhi Singh, Aakash Mehta, Bhavin Bhanushali and Parth Laghate spend 21 days in a villa in Goa without the tool that makes them influencers. These influencers participate in daily challenges in order to survive and win the game with a cash prize of Rs. 50 lakh by using their skills as an influencer. By winning those challenges, each influencer wins some amount of cash to buy food and shelter.

The Janta seemed to have forgotten the concept of Social Currency and is only focused on Parth Laghate. From his pool side pictures to his general kindness, they're obsessing over Parth and rooting for him. Some also think that Social Currency needs to be watched for those people who are interested in influencer culture and the impact of social media.
