Sita Ramam starring Dulquer Salmaan and Mrunal Thakur released at the cinemas on August 5. Let's have a look at Janta's reviews!
Sita Ramam, directed by Hanu Raghavapudi, is a story that shows us how humanity goes beyond war, boundaries, and religion. The story starts with Afreen (Rashmika Mandanna) who is studying at a university in London and takes up the responsibility of delivering a letter to Sita Mahalakshmi (Mrunal Thakur) as stated in her grandfather's will. She doesn't seem very keen on delivering the letter but does it anyway so she gets her share from her grandfather's property. The letter is written by Lt. Ram (Dulquer Salmaan) to Sita. Here's where we're taken through two timelines, ie. 1964 and 1984 to unravel the mysteries of the love story between Ram and Sita and how Afreen's grandfather was related to them.
This film marks Mrunal Thakur's debut in Telugu cinema and Dulquer Salmaan's second Telugu film. The main leads have been receiving a lot of love from the audience for their chemistry and so are the romantic tracks from the film that helped create that spark between the two.
