Today, Siddharth Shukla passed away at 40 due to a heart attack!
While the industry is braving through this pandemic and dealing with the loss of gems like Irrfan Khan, Rishi Kapoor, Sushant Singh Rajput, Dilip Kumar, Surekha Sikri, and many more, this early demise of Siddharth Shukla comes as a huge shock. He passed away at 40 due to a heart attack. He was brought to Mumbai's Cooper Hospital after the family members could not wake him up in the morning. He complained of having chest pain to his mother at night, took some water and medicine, and went back to sleep but in the morning he didn't wake up. He was rushed to the nearest hospital and was pronounced dead at arrival.
He was primarily an actor but he also worked as a host and model. Throughout the short span of his life, Siddharth appeared in many Hindi TV shows and films. He made his acting debut with a lead role in 2008 in a show called Babul Ka Aangann Chootey Na and worked on many more daily soaps later on. But he rose to fame with his role in Balika Vadhu and after that, there was no stopping him. In 2014, he made his Bollywood debut in a supporting role in Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania with Varun Dhawan and Alia Bhatt. Later on, he emerged as the winner of reality shows like Bigg Boss 13 and Fear Factor: Khatron Ke Khiladi 7. He was known for his roles in the recent web series Broken But Beautiful 3, and a daily soap Dil Se Dil Tak. As a host, he was seen in Savdhaan India and India's Got Talent.
Born in Mumbai, this model turned actor had lost his father at an early age. With a mother and two sisters to support, he worked through it all and made a name for himself. It's a known fact that he was extremely close with his mother. He had no plans of being in the industry at first considering that he completed his bachelor's degree in Interior Design, and worked in an interior designing firm for a couple of years. But in 2004, he became the runner-up in the Gladrags Manhunt and Mega model Contest and appeared in a video "Resham Ka Rumal" sung by Ila Arun. Siddharth also won the World's Best Model title in December 2005 after beating 40 participants from across Asia, Latin America, and Europe. After this, he got the bite of the industry and the rest is all history.
