Scam: 2003 The Telgi Story premiered on Sony LIV on September 1 and it became an instant hit among the Janta!

Scam 2003: The Telgi Story is a web series based on the true story of Abdul Karim Telgi, who orchestrated one of the biggest scams in Indian history by counterfeiting stamp papers and selling them to various government and private institutions. The series follows his journey from a fruit seller to a kingpin of the stamp paper racket, and how he exploited the loopholes and corruption in the system to create a network of allies and enemies. It stars Gagan Dev Riar as Abdul Karim Telgi, along with Mukesh Tiwari, Sana Amin Sheikh, Bharat Jadhav, Shaad Randhawa, and others in supporting roles.

The Janta had mostly good things to say for Scam 2003: The Telgi Story. Some have praised the series for its gripping story, realistic portrayal of the scam, and a stellar performance by Gagan Dev Riar. Others have compared it unfavorably with Scam 1992: The Harshad Mehta Story.
