Indian business giant Reliance has launched its own video conferencing platform called JioMeet. The app looks quite similar to Zoom and people can't help but point out the similarities!
Reliance has entered into a new field of communication and launched its own video conference platform. The platform is called JioMeet and it is in like of other apps like Zoom, Google Meets and Microsoft Teams. This new platform will be made available to the Android and iOS users alike. While the app version is available, the web version will take some time to be used by the users.
JioMeet is a free app that can include 100 participants at the same time. One can sign up with their phone numbers or with their email id. When it comes to hosting a meeting, one can host an unlimited meeting in a day on JioMeet without interruption. It includes features that are quite similar to that of Zoom, which has become one of the popular apps during the pandemic situation. It also has the screen sharing feature like that in Zoom. The similarity is quite evident and people could not help but notice it.
