She did not, however, have much luck with it. As Priyanka said herself she knows to quit something that is not working out for her.
Her debut on USA television!
Priyanka played Alex Russo for 3 seasons of Quantico, and we've loved binging on that show one season at a time. The short appearances on "Baywatch" and "Isn't it romantic" just made us fall in love with her all over again. With great roles come exotic red carpet appearances and she slayed on almost every red carpet that we've seen her on, and may we add the highly talked about Ralph Lauren trench coat! Priyanka's philanthropy
Priyanka has always been vocal about women's rights and has voiced her opinions against female infanticide and foeticide. She founded 'The Priyanka Chopra Foundation for Health and Education' and she has worked with UNICEF since 2006. and later in 2010 was appointed their Goodwill ambassador. She also built a cancer ward in Nanavati Hospital after her father passed away from cancer. She was honored by Variety with the Power of Woman award for her philanthropic work with UNICEF.
Conquering the business world
"Ideas are the currency of the present." and this is proof that our desi girl never stops. In 2018, the actress made an investment in the Holberton School, a startup that teaches coding. She also invested in the dating app Bumble, which the actress helped develop in India. Priyanka Chopra Jonas and her husband, Nick Jonas, recently announced a joint investment in the sportswear brand, Perfect Moments Sports. With her business partner, Maneesh Goyal, she also started an Indian luxury restaurant in New York called 'Sona'. Following that, she created a decor brand 'Sona Home.' She also has a haircare brand called - Anomaly Haircare.
Priyanka Chopra as an author
She started her writing career by writing an opinion column back in 2009. Priyanka then worked with The Times of India and covered the article about the murder of a 25-year-old woman. In 2021, Priyanka Chopra released her memoir, Unfinished, a compilation of personal essays, tales, and observations was how the book was described. The book topped charts in India and the New York Times Best Seller list.
Producing films
Priyanka Chopra launched her production company, which came to be known as Purple Pebble Pictures. It was started with the goal of elevating low-budget Indian films that showcased and supported emerging talent. The Marathi film 'Ventilator' was the first film made under the name, which later won numerous National awards. Under her label, she continued to make a number of films, including Paani and Pahuna: The Little Visitors.
