Jatin Sial as Govind Shashtri
“Shooting for ‘Potluck’ was a thrilling yet heartwarming experience. Every family get-together is special in its own way and brings together endless memories and experiences that stay with you for a lifetime. In this light-hearted show, I play the character of Govind Shastri, the father of the family who gets together for a crazy Potluck. Soon to launch on SonyLIV, the show rides high on the ‘togetherness’ of the families and brings alive the quirks of the Shastri family. This one is sure to get you planning your next family get-together.”
Kitu Gidwani as Pramila Shastri
“When I heard the concept of Potluck, and how hilarious it was going to be, especially coming from a name like Kunal Das Gupta, there was no turning back. I absolutely love comedy and so far I have never got the chance to show off my comedic skills, so I was very interested in this one. From the cast to the makers, working with a real bunch of dynamic people was extremely welcoming. The concept, the writing, the direction, with a crazy mix of anecdotes make it a relatable watch. Looking forward to Potluck on SonyLIV.”
