Patriotic songs have always been a huge part of our Independence Day celebrations and these songs definitely have to be a part of your playlist!

Over the years, Bollywood has given us an abundance of patriotic movies to watch. Some of these movies celebrate the unsung heroes of our country and some highlight the values and culture our country stands for. All of us at some point have felt deeply moved or teary eyed by seeing the sacrifices made by our soldiers and freedom fighters who fearlessly fought for us so we – the future generation can live a better life. But what makes these movies so emotional and soulful are the patriotic songs that they have to offer! The songs are so rich with its lyrics that they breathe life into the characters and bring out the essence of the stories.
