After the New Traffic Rules getting memefied on our feed, a reimplementation of the very famous, Odd Even Rule that was initially started by the current Chief Minister of Delhi, Arvind Kejriwal, is here to give you the required dose of laughter.
This will be the third time that the rule will be implemented in the capital and the same will happen between, Nov 4th to Nov 15th, soon after Diwali. Honestly, this step might help in controlling the pollution levels in Delhi since it is expected to be highest in this period, but not sure how welcoming will be the residents of the city will be towards the Odd Even rule again, since they are already facing inconvenience because of new traffic laws.
Well, if this wasn't enough, Arvind Kejriwal has also announced a seven-point action plan to tackle the pollution happening in winter months as a result of crop burning in neighbouring areas.
Here's how Twitter is reacting to the Odd Even Rule:

I don't think Arvind Kejriwal and Piyush Goyal get along very well. Kejriwal loves doing Odd-Even and Goyal hates maths.
