Paris Saint-Germain makes it to the semi-finals of Champions League while Neymar makes another history and proves to be one of the best football players.
While dragging Paris Saint- Germain, PSG into the semi-finals, the Brazilian footballer Neymar made a record by completing 16 take-ons against Atlanta on Wednesday. He became the only player to hold the record in a single UCL game after Messi. The French side was very close to exit from the Champions League at the 90th minute. But Neymar and Kylian Mbappe turned the tables for PSG resulting in a historic win.
Although he missed two chances in the first half, the footballer took the team through to the semi-finals with a 2-1 victory against the Atlanta. His 16 complete dribbles were the most after Lionel Messi in his match against Manchester United in 2008. He was on top of his game reminding the football enthusiastic why he is one of the best players of these times.
It is also the French club's first semi-finals since 1995 when they won against Qatari owners. The knockouts are one-off games in Lisbon due to the coronavirus pandemic and this time the club's dream might finally come true.
