MS Dhoni has once again made the country proud. But this time, not on the cricket field. He has begun his two-month training with the Indian Army's Parachute Regiment. On Wednesday, Dhoni joined a battalion, which has its headquarters in Bengaluru.
MS Dhoni already holds the honorary rank of Lieutenant Colonel in the Territorial Army unit of the Parachute Regiment (106 Para TA battalion). He was given this honor in 2011 by the Indian Army. He also became a qualified paratrooper in 2015 after having completed five parachute training jumps from Indian Army air crafts in the Agra training camp.
