We swear, sometimes it's like the Universe wants to send maximum lols our way. Earlier today, India's Finance Minister, Nirmala Sitharaman, made a statement about the connection between the automobile industry's current condition and millennials. She said that the two major reasons behind the decrease in the sales of passenger vehicles are the upcoming BS6 emission norms and the mindsets of millennials. According to the FM, the millennials now prefer to use the car services of Ola or Uber rather than committing to buying an automobile.
The update was shared by multiple news portals:

Unemployment rate is rising coz people prefer to remain unemployed rather than taking jobs.
Rupees are falling coz Dollars prefer to be higher than the rupees.
Crime rates are rising coz citizens prefer to resist criminals rather than tolerating them.
By that logic
Tea industry is facing crisis becoz ppl prefer coffee?
Textile industry is facing crisis becoz ppl loves to roam naked?
Manufacturing sector facing crisi becoz plant manufacture their own food??

Madam finance minister... You should understand people are not going for 4wheelers cause govt is not able to provide a good road infrastructure, parking infra.. And moreover the price of fuel is also a hindrance.... Rather than focusing on concerned issues u r beating around bush

Finance Minister: The auto slowdown is because millennials use Ola and Uber.
How is it that Ola and Uber are creating so many jobs but they're not buying cars? ?? https://t.co/NfMPGHfCVJ
Blo0dy millennials crashing the economy! Soldiers are sacrificing so much, Can’t you buy cars for the nation? Anti nationals #NirmalaSitharaman

They seem happy just frying pakodas and booking ola. Weird.
Jeez.. I think I am going to spend my entire salary now buying a car that I don't need .. I can't risk being blamed anti national for saving money in PPF for old age.
