Meenakshi Sundareshwar

The Meenakshi Sundareshwar trailer shows us a newly-wed couple who have to deal with everything that comes with being in a long-distance relationship right after the wedding.

Netflix recently released the trailer of Meenakshi Sundareshwar and it tells the story of Meenakshi and Sundareshwar, who met through an arranged marriage setting and get into a long-distance relationship right after the wedding. Long-distance relationships are never easy for a couple and especially for those who are recently married and don't even know each other well enough. Starring Sanya Malhotra and Abhimanyu Dassani in pivotal roles, the film explores the journey of this newly married couple.

According to the trailer, Sundareshwar (Abhimanyu Dassani) is an engineer who wants to do something big and different from his family. He's quite confident that he will be an amazing husband because "engineers never give up". Meenakshi (Sanya Malhotra) is a simple girl and a big fan of Rajnikanth. She seems to be stuck playing the role of a supporting wife. Will the distance between this newly-wed couple who hardly know each other make the love grow fonder or will it break them apart? Guess we'll find out on November 5, on Netflix!

The film is produced by Karan Johar’s Dharmatic Entertainment and directed by debutant director, Vivek Soni. It will also be the second film of Abhimanyu Dassani who was earlier seen in Mard Ko Dard Nahi Hota. And for Sanya Malhotra, it will be her third film with Netflix after Ludo and Pagglait.
