Rachel Eapen is a mom, blogger, a self-taught artist as well as a photographer who finds inspiration in everything around her and channels it into different forms of art using he many talents. Her blog is called, Tickled by Inspirations and according to Rachel Eapen, it is a visual diary of ideas, thoughts, and creativity. Through the blog, she talks about fabrics, home décor, art, craft, photography, dance, travels and of course, food. We recently had a chat with her and here's all she had to say about her passion, creating content and more.

What made you start creating content and when did you begin?
"I have always been passionate about décor, interiors, art, food and photography and I need a platform where I could document all my inspirations and passion. And that is how my blog was born in 2012. “Tickled by Inspirations” is my visual blog filled with styling ideas, thoughts and creativity. It is also a platform for different artists, designers and entrepreneurs to showcase their work in the creative field."
What makes your content stand out?
"My blog has a bit of everything for everyone reading it. There is a mix of ethnicity, traditional, contemporary and modern feel to it."

How do you choose what to promote on your feed and what not to?
"I use social media to promote my posts. And I stay away from promoting products and brands that do not add value to what my blog is all about."
One instance/experience that made it all worthwhile?
"The first time when I was asked by a lifestyle magazine to contribute an article on décor and gardening."
What does a regular day look like?
"I juggle with a lot of things on a daily basis… Other than my family commitments, I work on my blog posts on one side and I also have my artwork going on at the other side. And there some future plans that will unfold soon, so I am busy working on that as well."

Where do you get ideas for your videos from?
"Through social media, music, and even from the feedback, I receive from my readers."
If not an influencer, what would you be?
"I would’ve been a café owner or owned an art gallery!"

"Blog about something that you are passionate about. Be consistent, stay committed and be unique. Network and update yourself with what is happening in your field."
