Here’s all Bhavya Doshi has to share with us:
What made you start creating content and when did you begin?
"Started in 2018, The Doodle Desk (TDD) harnesses the power of social media to inspire “the art of spreading joy”. Doodling has been a part of my life since childhood. After working in the corporate world, I realized that my true inclination was towards making art. Doodling has always been my happy place and I’m glad I can share this happy space with everyone."
What makes your content stand out?
"The greatest thing I can hold on to is hope and by holding on to it I don’t mean just for myself but for all those around me who need it but cannot yet manifest it. I strive to give power through my doodles. Hence the doodles are colourful, minimal, witty
with a strong message which sets them apart."
How do you choose what to promote on your feed and what not to?
"The posts that do exceptionally well organically are promoted once in a while to reach a wider audience. The larger the audience the more get motivated!"
One instance/experience that made it all worthwhile?"
"When you receive 100’s of DM’s every day, saying thank you for motivating us
every day. It’s honestly all worth it! Also, being recognized as the Role Player for
2019 and awarded as the Most Influential Content Marketing Professional by
CMO Asia- World Marketing Congress Award for 2019 made it all the more special
this year!"
What does a regular day look like?
"There is nothing more wonderful than following your passion every day. Each day
starts with gratitude, followed by a fresh doodle for the day and a cup of coffee!
And then more & more fun drawings follow for other projects!"

How do you make moolahs?
"Apart from the doodles, I also do branding projects and social media projects for
startups, so some moolahs do come from there!"
Where do you get ideas for your posts from?
"The ideas are 99% instinctive, but the execution part is well-planned. My motive is to spread happiness and joy in my own way to the world. Each of the cute doodles is born with an inspirational thought behind them. They are kept minimal and simple, hence, they don’t need any language, script or vowels to understand. Therefore, they help me connect to the whole world irrespective of location, caste or cuisine!"
If not an influencer, what would you be?"
"If not an influencer, I would be a Coach who helps people stay happy!"
Message/tips for upcoming bloggers
"I strongly believe in CCC - Consistency, and Clarity of Content. It’s very important
to know what you are posting and why you are posting, is it relevant to the next 5
people who will watch this on their feed? Are you motivated enough to brainstorm and create content every day? Given that you only have 3 seconds to capture your audience’s attention, is your post worth that 3 second attention? I think if you have answers to these bunch of questions, it becomes easier to know your vision and achieve your goal."
