Video calls just saved the day for a couple from Kerala who has been saving the date for their wedding for over a year now. The couple Vignesh and Anjali got married in a private ceremony as their parents and relatives joined in for their Zoom virtual wedding.
No matter how hard times get, people will always find a way to get things done. Weddings and marriage are something that people dearly care about and spend months of planning on. But for a couple in Kerala, things didn't go as planned but they went with the odds and got married in a closed ceremony anyway. Vignesh KM and Anjali Ranjith who had been planning their wedding for over a year now decided to get married during the lockdown. They were supposed to travel back to their homes and get married, but the lockdown and COVID got in the way to their dream summer wedding. Instead, they had to settle for a Zoom virtual wedding.

Since lockdown has been imposed in most of the countries, we have heard many couples getting married online. Vignesh and Anjali also joined the squad and arranged a digital wedding for themselves. While they tied the knot in the presence of their friends, their parents and other relatives became part of the proceedings from across the world through Zoom. The couple shared the Zoom meeting id with their relatives to become part of their unique and exceptional wedding. The wedding was held in the groom's flat in the presence of his roommates, one of whom carried out the rituals as a representative of their family. They received the mangalsutra from their family through Speed post. According to the couple, they went on with the virtual wedding as they didn't want to postpone the same any further.
No matter how bad the situation is, love clearly finds its way out. It's going to be one hell of a story to tell their grandkids someday!
