Katrina Kaif's fitness is something that makes all of us do that extra push up and crunch because she is an epitome of activeness. From sharing her captivating workouts videos or photos of her toned body, Katrina Kaif has had us admiring her fit body for years. Kat's workout routine is of functional training, Pilates, push-ups, squats, lunges and one-leg push-ups using different types of equipment like kettlebells, swiss ball or power plate. She also uses Bosu, power plate, kettlebells, TRX and swiss balls to boost the exercises.
She did not give up a healthy routine during the lockdown. Adhering to the social distancing norms, she can be seen breaking a sweat out on the terrace of her building along with her trainer Yasmin Karachiwala.
Due to the closure of gyms, she has also realised that washing dishes and sweeping floors are great forms of exercise for toning your bodies!
