From the past few days, Jet Airways was in the news for its financial crisis and cancellations of flights, but little did we know that one of the best private Indian Airlines would announce it’s adjournment of their flight operations.
With deep sadness and a heavy heart we would like to share that, effective immediately, we will be suspending all our domestic and international flight operations.

Jet Airways was undoubtedly one of the finest Airlines in our country. This one made air travel easier, comforting, luxury and also at the same time affordable. Jet was among a few Airlines offering a comfortable flying experience, hospitality and of course the complimentary food!
In the official statement issued by Jet Airways, the CEO Vinay Dube stated “Late last night we were informed by SBI, on behalf of the consortium of Indian lenders, that they are unable to consider our request for interim funding. Since no emergency funding from the lenders or any other source of funding was forthcoming, it would therefore not have been possible for us to pay for fuel or other critical services to keep the operations going.
Consequently, with immediate effect, we are compelled to cancel all our domestic and international flights. This decision has been taken after painstaking evaluation of all alternatives and after receiving guidance and advice on the same from the Board of Directors of Jet Airways”
We appreciate how Jet Airways is handling the crisis! Jet Airways Team is giving continuous assistance and support to the flyers who had already booked their tickets with Jet Airways.
Not only this, they are active on Twitter and replying to their distressed customers.

You guys are a class apart. In a sector where people only complain when things go wrong, I always appreciated the extra service. Good luck.
