Mirzapur, the popular mafia-themed series, returns with its highly anticipated third season, following a four-year wait. Directed by Gurmmeet Singh and Anand Iyer, this season promises a fierce battle for the throne of Purvanchal, with Guddu (Ali Fazal) staking his claim, aided by Golu (Shweta Tripathi) and Beena Tripathi. The new season also stars Vijay Varma sharing screen space with the protagonists of the show, guaranteeing more bloodshed, gang politics, and intense power struggles, building on the cliffhanger finale of Season 2.
Mirzapur Season 3 finally dropped on Prime Video and despite the excitement generated by its trailer, the reactions have been shockingly lukewarm. The Janta has expressed disappointment with the dialogues, story and pacing. Some felt that the new season was unnecessary and failed to live up to their expectations and hype over the long wait!

The problem with watching #MirzapurS3 after a four-year gap is that I have almost forgotten Season 2. I should probably have watched it again before the release of the third season. *Sigh*
Finished watching Season 3 of #Mirzapur and I have to say it's a huge disappointment. The show is too slow, boring, & stretched unnecessarily into 10 episodes and then to next season.
The makers of the show really wasted Kaleen Bhaiya's character in #Mirzapur3.
