Bridgerton is created by Shonda Rhimes and is based on the best selling novels by Julia Quinn. The third season revolves around Penelope Feathrington and Colin Bridgerton’s love story. Colin comes back from his trip to Europe and Penelope takes charge of her life like never before. There’s scandal, politics and love as always, all amidst the backdrop of Lady Whistledown’s commentary on their daily lives. This season also takes forward the other Bridgerton siblings, Francesca, Eloise and Benedict’s arc. Will Colin finally see Penelope as more than a friend and how the two get to that point is what the story is all about.
The audience are head over heels about Penelope and Colin falling in love this season. It's what they have waited for since the previous season ended 2 years ago. They feel that the much awaited romantic scenes are brought to life accurately from book to scene and the climax is what everyone can think about!
