The countdown to the big event of the year begins as every cricket fan eagerly awaits IPL 2020. The event will begin in UAE from Saturday, 19th September and the buzz around the game is happening in full swing.
This year's IPL will be held outside the country considering the global pandemic and yet fans are all pumped up to watch the matches sitting at home. In the delayed tournament opener last year's finalists Chennai Super Kings and Mumbai Indians will be taking each other on Saturday.
Dubai will be hosting 24 round-robin matches which is the most number to be held in the UAE, followed by 20 in Abu Dhabi and 12 in Sharjah. The complete schedule of matches will be announced by BCCI later and the event will last until November 10th.
