Here are some trends that took over our feed and kept us all hooked this week!
This week, people celebrated Janmashtami with a lot of enthusiasm, and the internet has been buzzing with all sorts of Janmashtami-themed content. From creative makeup looks to skits, it was all fabulous. Another trend that’s been turning heads is creators showing off their dance moves to the song “Ta Ta Ta.” It’s so full of energy and fun that you’ll probably find yourself wanting to join in and dance too!
In early August, beauty influencer Jools Lebron posted a TikTok where she talked about how to keep a demure appearance at work. She used the catchy phrase “very demure, very mindful, very cutesy” to describe her approach to professional makeup and fashion. And since then, “demure” has become the buzzword of the week. Ever had one of those hectic days where you start questioning if you’re really cut out for what you’re doing? Well, you’re not alone! People have jumped on an Instagram trend, creating memes that show what they were “born to do” versus what they’re actually “being forced to do.” And honestly, it’s hilarious.
