Beauty has to be inclusive, and brands are trying their best to include more people representing the different spectrum of society. Contributing to the same the popular beauty brand L’Oréal Paris makes Indian Lawyer turned Model Nidhi Sunil its new Global Ambassador.
She became the new spokesperson for the brand and is also the second Indian global ambassador to join the brand's incredible line-up of ambassadors. Indian actress Deepika Padukone was the first representative. Nidhi joins L’Oréal's star-studded line-up which includes Katherine Langford, Eva Longoria, Celine Dion and Viola Davis.
Nidhi who hails from Kerala, India has been inspiring many with her work. She was an environmental attorney before she joined the showbiz to become a model and actress in 2011. She has appeared in Vogue, Elle and Harper’s Bazaar before moving into Bollywood. She made her acting debut in the 2013 movie Gangoobai as Monisha. Apart from her works, she is also known as an outspoken model and activist against colourism.
Sunil will be starring in L’Oréal's campaign for its new Elvive More Than Shampoo. The new shampoo is set to launch in March 2021. There is nothing more empowering to watch a dark-skinned model to become the face of a beauty brand.
