Hawkeye and his new archer pal Kate Bishop will shoot some arrows this Christmas exclusively on Disney+ Hotstar on November 24, 2021.
'Tis Marvel time! After spending a whole year without anything Marvel, fans were showered with amazing content this year with Loki, WandaVision, The Falcon and the Winter Soldier, Shang-Chi and The Legend of the Ten Rings, and Black Widow. After introducing us to the multiverse and making all of us fight over new theories and different perspectives, MCU dropped the trailer for its next Disney+ original series, Hawkeye.
This series is based on one of the core members of Avengers, Clint Barton aka Hawkeye who is all set to bring back some Ronin action after a long time with Christmas hijinks. After an eventful period in Endgame, bringing his family back who blipped because of Thanos' snap, Clint is all set to spend some quality time with his family during Christmas. But being an Avenger has its own downside because fights always tend to follow you where you go. His vacation seems to be cut short after another remarkably trained archer or as Kate Bishop refers to herself as 'world's greatest archer' runs around the city fighting crimes.
We'll get to witness the two deal with Christmas time mayhem as Clint trains Kate to take the mantle of Hawkeye just like in the comics. The series seems to have a light and festive tone compared to the revenge-seeking Clint we've seen before he decided to retire. The series will see Jeremy Renner reprise his role as Clint Barton aka Hawkeye and Hailee Steinfeld as Kate Bishop. Other stars include Vera Farmiga, Fra Fee, Tony Dalton, Zahn McClarnon, Brian d’Arcy James, and Alaqua Cox as Maya Lopez. Directed by duo Bert and Bertie, Hawkeye will start streaming exclusively on Disney+ Hotstar on November 24, 2021.
While we cannot wait to see what the two toxophilites have in store for us, we also cannot wait to see if Clint comes face to face with Yelena Belova. Guess anything is possible in Marvel's Phase 4!
