Practised flexing my quads for a good half hour and then totally forgot to flex them for the picture ? Aw well. Will ask @brownboyaesthetics for some flexing pointers ? ________________________________ Fairly evident my carbs are loaded back ? very very excited at having rediscovered poha recently (oh the childhood memories - we had this one curry pata tree in our backyard, mom used to make up go get a few leaves before she cooking us a bowl, remember @saneyaghei?) __________________________________ I’m up to 300 grams of carbs before y’all ask :) I had scaled them back a bit for the photoshoots. #progress #carbivore #thatfullness #swolelife #crae #allforthegains #quadwork #yaknowlikehomework #yaah #loalife #liftlife #sunshinelife #iwillmasterthequadflex #onceigrowsomequads

#tuesdayinstagramworkoutwithnadasha post chest day work I shot this little workout for y’all. Anyway push ups have become hard for me again cause of the injury but today push ups after chest workout I was BEAT! Don’t worry still being very aware and careful about my body. ? also I LOVVVVEEEE JUMPING ? . . The fear is so much in our head. Like keeping the box horizontal was easy peasy because it was low so much space but immediately when I tried it vertical I freaked out in my head. So important to take maybe a few mins and talk to yourself THROUGH ANYTHING. Better than going into a wormhole of “I can’t do it” but “let’s try. It’ll be OKAy. “ to have those conversations is soooo important otherwise you’ll be stuck in your bored of self doubt and pain forever and not do anything. Remember small steps. Workout, eat healthy do it all because you respect yourself. (If self love seems far for you but do it because you respect yourself then) if you respect yourself you will take care of yourself. ? . . Wearing everything from @pumaindia @puma @pumawomen #PumaLove #PumaPartner #pumaathlete #pumawomen Gym @rdsstrengthgym Practice daily. Stay safe. Stay humble. #BeBetterThanYou

“Don’t be scared of NO’s be scared of regrets” - I don’t know if anyone said this already, but I am saying it today. . Growing up I had a dear friend who would never stop me from doing stupid things, sometimes even knowing that I ll potentially break my heart or spirit pursuing those things. But, he never stopped me. In fact the crazier My ideas was, the more he would push me to pursue it. Because according to him, breaking my heart after trying really hard was far better than regretting 20 something years later about not trying enough. That’s a lesson that has stayed with me for life. . . Pain of regret is far worse than failing. We fail , we hurt, we wipe our tears and we fail again.... till we succeed. Period!! . You wouldn’t meet a person who did something great being in the safe space. . Whatever you’re passionate about , be ready to fail , be laughed at, to be doubted but never to quit ?. . Have a bomb weekend ??✅. .
