For instance, Ajay Devgn’s Maidaan trailer was released and he plays a coach in this upcoming film. Speaking of trailers, Disney Pixar has also released one for Inside Out’s sequel. Sanjay Leela Bhansali is launching his own music label. And Alia Bhatt joins the massively successful YRF’s Spy Universe. Kunal Kemmu who is widely known for his character in Go Goa Gone is making his directorial debut against the backdrop of Goa itself.

Ajay Devgn starrer Maidaan trailer released 

Ajay Devgn plays coach Syed Abdul Rahim in Maidaan. The film, directed by Amit Ravindernath Sharma, will be released in theaters on June 23. Priyamani, Gajraj Rao, and  Rudranil Ghosh will also be seen in pivotal roles. The film is produced by Zee Studios, Boney Kapoor, Arunava Joy Sengupta, and Akash Chawla.

Prime Video’s Big Girls Don’t Cry trailer released 

Based on the backdrop of a fictionalized all-girls boarding school, this looks like a coming-of-age school drama starring a predominantly women-led ensemble cast. The film is directed by Nitya Mehra and features Avantika Vandanapu, Aneet Padda, Dalai, Vidushi, Lhakyila, Afrah Sayed, Akshita Sood, Pooja Bhatt, Raima Sen, and Zoya Hussain in pivotal roles, along with Mukul Chadda. The series is releasing on the platform on March 14. 

Disney Pixar releases the trailer for Inside Out 2

Disney has dropped a new trailer for Inside Out 2, and there are new animated character voices for each of the emotions as Riley is a teenager now. Amy Poelher will be Joy, Phyllis Smith as Sadness, Lewis Black as anger, Maya Hawke as anxiety, Ayo Edibri as Envy and Haser will be voicing embarrassment. Directed by Kelsey Mann, the movie will hit theaters on June 14. 

Sanjay Leela Bhansali launches music label Bhansali music 

Elevating his talents as a filmmaker, Sanjay Leela Bhansali, who is not just popular for his storytelling but also for the music in his films, has now started his own music label. It is called ‘Bhansali Music’ and promises to foray captivating melodies.

Alia Bhatt to join YRF Spy Universe

Yash Raj Films CEO Akshaye Widhani confirmed that Alia Bhatt will be joining the YRF Spy Universe. While the story nor the rest of the cast is unveiled yet, the filming will begin later this year.

Janhvi Kapoor’s first look unveiled from her upcoming film ‘Devara’

On the occasion of Janhvi Kapoor’s birthday, the makers of Devara revealed the first look poster of her character ‘Thangam’. In the poster you can see her in a saree paired with exquisite jewelry. The film is directed by Koratala Siva, and also features Saif Ali Khan and Jr. NTR.

Hansal Mehta unveils the trailer for Lootere 

Lootere will be releasing on Disney+Hotstar on March 22. The film stars an ensemble which includes Rajat Kapoor, Vivek Gomber, Amruta Khanvilkar and Aamir Ali among others. The series is helmed by Hansal Mehta, directed by Jai Mehta and produced by Shailesh R. Singh. 

Kunal Kemmu’s first directorial ‘Madgaon Express’ trailer released

Actor Kunal Kemmu is finally making his directing debut with Madgaon Express, the film stars Pratik Gandhi, Avinash Tiwary and Divyendu as three friends who dream of vacationing in Goa someday and when they actually go there, it turns into an absolute nightmare for them. 

‘Avatar: The Last AirBender’ renewed for final two seasons

Netflix has renewed the last two seasons of the extravagant live adaptation of Avatar: The Last AirBender. The order will conclude the story of Aang’s journey to become the Avatar in a fantastical world.

‘Bad Boys 4’ starring Will Smith and Martin Lawrence wraps filming

Promising another action packed installment in the ‘Bad Boys’ franchise, Will Smith and Martin Lawrence have officially finished filming their fourth film. The film is directed by Michael Bay and will be released in theaters on June 4.
