Starting with SS Rajamouli sir announcing his next exciting venture, a biopic and we can’t wait to see how that turns out on the big screen. Ranbir Kapoor and Anil Kapoor’s first look posters from Animal has us excited for the teaser that’ll be coming up next week. Speaking of first looks, Tiger Shroff and Kriti Sanon also shared their posters from their upcoming action thriller Ganapath. National Cinema Day will be upon us next month and we will be able to enjoy any movie of our choice at the same rate for a day. With Ganesh Chaturthi celebrations going on, Bollywood celebrities were all seen under one roof for quite a few Ganpati poojas that happened throughout the week!

Ranbir Kapoor and Anil Kapoor’s first looks from their much awaited film ‘Animal’ released
Directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga, Animal gives us Anil Kapoor, Ranbir Kapoor, Rashmika Mandanna, Tripti Dimri, and Bobby Deol in a gangster action thriller. The first looks for Ranbir Kapoor and Anil Kapoor were recently posted on social media. While Ranbir is seen wearing a suit and smoking a cigar, Anil Kapoor is seen in a robe with bruises on his face. It only creates further anticipation to see what the film is all about.
Ranveer Singh and Ajay Devgn begin shooting for Rohit Shetty’s Singham Again
Earlier this week, Ranveer Singh shared via his social media that the filming for Singham Again has begun. He shared pictures from the Mahurat shot. Ranveer has been a part of Rohit Shetty’s cop universe since 2018 with his film Simmba and Ajay Devgn was the one who started it with Singham. Now the two leading actors will be seen sharing screen space and take Rohit Shetty’s cop universe further ahead.
Tiger Shroff and Kriti Sanon’s first look posters from Ganapath unveiled
Ganapath directed by Vikas Bahl stars Tiger Shroff, Kriti Sanon and Amitabh Bachchan. The first look posters of Tiger and Kriti show that it's an action film through and through. The film is produced by Vashu Bhagnani and will release on the big screens on October 20.
Prime Video announces Global Premiere of the hilarious Comedy Drama Kumari Srimathi on September 28
Kumari Srimathi starring Nithya Menen as Srimathi, is a seven-episode series which also features Nirupam, Gautami, Thiruveer, Talluri Rameshwari, Naresh, and Murali Mohan in pivotal roles. Set in a village in East Godavari, the series hilariously encapsulates the tribulations in the life of a 30-year-old woman (played by Menen), who challenges stereotypes in a small town riddled with antiquity.
Movie tickets to be sold at ₹99 on October 13 on National Cinema Day
On the special occasion of National Cinema Day on October 13, any movie ticket will cost just ₹99 in order to celebrate the day. This was officially announced by the Multiplex Association of India. It hopes to bring audiences of all ages together in the cinema halls for a day of cinematic bliss.

SS Rajamouli announces biopic on the father of Indian Cinema
Earlier this week, SS Rajamouli, who is the genius behind films like RRR and Bahubali, announced his next venture on social media. He will be directing a biopic on the father of Indian Cinema, Dadasaheb Phalke. Sharing the news he said making a biopic is tough itself but conceiving one about the father of Indian Cinema is even more challenging but he is ready for it!
Sunny Deol to star in a film produced by Aamir Khan
After the success of Gadar 2, Sunny Deol will be seen next in a film produced by Aamir Khan. Director Rajkumar Santoshi who has previously worked with Sunny Deol in films like ‘Damini’ and ‘Ghayal’ will be helming the upcoming project.
