Right before you get busy with the Christmas festivities, our E: Round-UP has a quick recap for you with everything that happened throughout this week!

With the year coming to an end, there's so much to look forward to in the upcoming one and our E: Round-UP is here to tell you just that! Arjun Kapoor and Tabu starrer Kuttey's trailer released this week and the movie looks like it has an intriguing plot. Peaky Blinders fans will get to see their hero, Cillian Murphy donning the character of Oppenheimer this time. We also have a lot to be proud of on a global front as The Chello Show and RRR's song 'Naatu Naatu' have been shortlisted for the Oscars next year. The world of OTT gathered together on Filmfare night and the best were acknowledged amongst their peers. Read all of this and more only in our E: Round-UP!

Producer Anand Pandit announces Omkara’s remake and Desi Boyz’s sequel

Producer Anand Pandit has announced the remake of 'Omkara' and the sequel of 'Desi Boyz'. He believes that Omkara and Desi Boyz were trailblazers in their respective eras. It seemed like the perfect time to revisit these hits and take their stories forward for a new generation of viewers. Omkara was an adaptation of William Shakespeare's 'Othello'.

The Chhello Show and RRR’s Naatu Naatu song shortlisted for the Oscars

The Chello Show or Last Film Show, which was India's official entry to the 95th Oscars, has been shortlisted in the International Feature Film category. RRR's 'Naatu Naatu' song has been shortlisted for Best Original Song and All that Breathes has advanced in the Best Documentary Feature Film category.

Zoya Akhtar wraps up shoot for The Archies

Zoya Akhtar, in an Instagram post, announced that the shooting for 'The Archies' has been completed. Sharing some pictures from the set, she wrote, "Best Crew. Best Cast. Only Gratitude." The Indian adaptation of the American comic book series marks the acting debut of Shah Rukh Khan's daughter Suhana Khan, Boney Kapoor's daughter Khushi Kapoor and Amitabh Bachchan's grandson Agastya Nanda.

Netflix shared the trailer for That 90s Show with guest appearances from the original cast 

Ashton Kutcher, Mila Kunis, Topher Grace, Laura Prepon and Wilmer Valderrama will all make guest appearances on Netflix's 'That ’90s Show,' a sequel to Fox’s long-running sitcom 'That ’70s Show.' The series will focus on Leia Forman (Callie Haverda), the teenage daughter of Eric and Donna, who comes to Point Place to spend the summer with her grandparents, Red and Kitty. 'That ’90s Show,' premiering January 19 on Netflix.

Christopher Nolan’s Oppenheimer trailer released

Oppenheimer documents the life and ethically questionable accolades of physicist J. Robert Oppenheimer, who is credited with inventing the atomic bomb. Cillian Murphy plays Oppenheimer himself and Emily Blunt plays his biologist wife Kitty. The film also includes some very iconic Hollywood actors like Robert Downey Jr. as Lewis Strauss, Matt Damon as Leslie Groves Jr., Gary Oldman as Harry S. Truman, as well as Rami Malek. Oppenheimer premieres in theaters on July 21, 2023. 

Arjun Kapoor starrer Kuttey trailer released

The trailer of Kuttey starring Arjun Kapoor, Konkona Sen Sharma and Tabu is finally out. This movie is Vishal Bhardwaj's son, Aasman Bhardwaj's directorial debut. In the film, Arjun Kapoor and Tabu play cops who are involved with gangsters. The film is produced by Vishal and Rekha Bhardwaj, Luv Ranjan and Ankur Garg.

Siddharth Malhotra starrer Mission Majnu trailer released

Netflix's Mission Majnu trailer starring Siddharth Malhotra and Rashmika Mandanna is out. Siddharth Malhotra plays a RAW agent in the film. The movie is directed by Shantanu Bagchi and will released on the OTT platform on January 23!
