Rajkummar Rao to begin shooting for Stree 2 in March 2023
Rajkummar Rao, Aparshakti Khurana, and Abhishek Banerjee will reportedly begin shooting for 'Stree 2' in March 2023. The original star cast of the 2018 movie Stree will be gearing up for the shoot in March as currently, all actors are busy with other commitments. The 2018 film also featured Shraddha Kapoor.
Henry Cavill will no longer be returning as Superman
Henry Cavill has shared a note after his return as Superman has been canceled by the new regime at DC. In it, he said that during a meeting with filmmakers James Gunn and Peter Safran, he was told that he will not be wearing the red cape again.

Prime Video to co-produce a new project with Dharma Productions starring Vicky Kaushal
Directed by Anand Tiwari, a new collaboration between Dharma Productions, Leo Media Collective, and Prime Video was announced earlier today. The yet-to-be-titled film stars Vicky Kaushal and will release theatrically on July 28, 2023. The film also features Triptii Dimri and Ammy Virk in pivotal roles.
Taylor Swift to make her directorial debut with searchlight pictures
Taylor Swift will be making her feature directorial debut with Searchlight Pictures. The singer, songwriter, and director has written an original script, which will be produced by the Oscar-winning studio behind “Nomadland” and “The Shape of Water.”
Netflix releases the trailer for Christian Bale starrer The Pale Blue Eye
The Pale Blue Eye revolves around Augustus Landor (Christian Bale), a detective called in to investigate the mysterious hanging and heart removal of a cadet at the famed West Point Academy in 1830. While investigating the death, a second cadet goes missing as well, sending the famed detective scrambling to find answers. The film also stars Gillian Anderson, Fred Hechinger, Lucy Boynton, and Robert Duvall.
Reese Witherspoon to star in a comedy series on Prime Video
Reese Witherspoon will star in and be the executive producer for a comedy series set in the cheerleading world at Amazon Prime Video. The streamer outbid multiple other outlets for the project, titled 'All Stars,' by handing out a two-season, straight-to-series order. The project comes from Aline Brosh McKenna, who wrote The Devil Wears Prada, 27 Dresses, and more.
Riteish Deshmukh and Genelia D’souza starrer Ved trailer released
Ved, which is a Marathi film, is Riteish Deshmukh's directorial debut. The film's trailer was released this week and it also stars his wife Genelia D'Souza. The trailer shows a complicated marriage life and what one is capable of doing when they are crazy in love.
SS Rajamouli's RRR bags two nominations at the Golden Globe Awards
SS Rajamouli's period action film 'RRR' is nominated in two categories at the prestigious Golden Globe Awards. The film which stars Ram Charan, Jr NTR and Alia Bhatt, earned nods in the Best Picture - Non-English and Best Original Song - Motion Picture categories.

Alice's friends take her on a trip one day but in order to make it on the trip, she lies to her husband. Will she eventually stand up for herself or let her husband get to her as always is what the story is about. The film also stars Wunmi Mosaku, Kaniehtiio Horn, Mark Winnick, Daniel Stolfi, and Susan Applewhaite.
Jin of BTS begins his mandatory military service
On December 13, the eldest member of BTS, Jin, enlisted himself in the military. The Korean military service lasts up to 16-18 months so he is expected to finish his service around June 2024. All other members of BTS were there to witness his enlistment ceremony and will soon follow him in the upcoming year.
