One can never know where they can learn something from, and these lessons from creators are what we need to adapt in our own lives.
It’s become coherent for one to assume that being a creator is the easiest job out there. There is a tendency for people to look down on individuals trying to make it through the content world. For content creators, making videos involves filming bits with a phone and then stitching them together for online posts. However, many fail to recognize the effort creators put into conveying their stories.
While many may ignore the same, we have seen creators work their way up the ladder of entertainment and become a part of spaces that one would not have imagined to be accessible once. Although it may not seem like it, one can always learn values from their journey that can be added to our own lives. Every creator we know today can inspire us with what they have to share. No matter how small the lesson, there is always something we can learn from them, and as we celebrate Teacher’s Day today, we need to celebrate them.
Here are some of the lessons we will always cherish!
Standing up for what you believe in
Dolly Singh taught us how to be creative without compromising on our ideologies and thoughts. Entertainment and sticking by what you believe in can co-exist.
Hard work pays off!
Bhuvan Bam taught us what hard work and resilience look like. His journey from filming videos in his room to headlining a show on a popular streaming platform is an example in itself.
The art of simplicity
Sourav Joshi taught us that it’s never about the equipment. It's about finding beauty in everything and never giving up.
Finding beauty in the mundane
Megha Chakraborty taught us how finding beauty in daily life is the real deal. She showed us how all we need to do is wait and look for it.
It's never too late to start fresh
Nancy Tyagi taught us the importance of trusting the process, emphasizing that something amazing will always come at the end, even if you start from scratch and continue to pursue it.
Being proud of your heritage
Diipa Khosla taught us the elegance of embracing our Indian heritage. She has shown us how to share a part of ourselves with the world with pride.
Challenge ideas that needs to change
Manjri Varde taught us to look at life in a new light. Breaking every stereotype that we have come to accept about age, she shows us how it's done with so much grace.
Self-love
Tanvi Geetha Ravishankar knows that very little effort is needed to hate on our own body than to love and care for it. She showed us that being unbothered by the comments people have about us is equally easy and there is a special kind of superpower in being in love with yourself.
Never too late to learn
Drew Hicks taught us how one can always find ways to learn something new and respectfully embrace a culture.
