Sapne dekhna trend

The internet is finding ways to use Benjamin P Joby's “Sapna Dekhna Achhi Baat Hai” in their everyday conversations and we love the results.

Internet trends these days are a whirlwind of unpredictable and often bizarre content. It seems the internet has an insatiable appetite for the unexpected, and the next viral sensation could come from anywhere. A candid video of a toddler dancing to a popular song, or a heartwarming image of a pet animal, can quickly amass thousands of shares and likes. The unpredictability of viral content is what makes it so fascinating.  This phenomenon is also the reason why people are obessed with a dialogue that has now become a motivational catchphrase.

It all started with a young boy named Benjamin P Joby, who wanted to motivate people to pursue their dreams. Often seen sharing quotes that aim to empower people to be better human beings, Benjamin has become the internet's favourite. Although from Kerala, he makes sure to share them in different languages, but it's those in Hindi that have now become a hit among netizens outside of Kerala. In his reel, Benjamin says "Sapne dekhna Achhi baat Hain, lekin sapne ko lekar ke baite rehna aur sapno ke liye sohthe rehna yeh to sahi nahi hain. Sapno so aake badkar apna sapnom ko pane ka sankalp bahuth mahath hain. Shub rathri.” Something like this basic audio going viral was not at all surprising because in no time many creators joined the bandwagon of using the same audio and making Reels with their unique take on it. Most couldn't help but notice how it randomly started popping up on their feeds, to how cool it sounded to not be made into a trend.

The original video by Benjamin where he is dressed up in a suit has nothing extraordinary, but a message that everyone finds relatable.

But after becoming a viral sensation with his catchphrase 'Shubadinum' in Kerala, he has now caught the attention of people in the North. Creators love his videos and are using his audio to spin out their versions of them.

Who knew this simple audio would go on to become such a viral trend? Aditya Shukla has taken the reel on the lines of saying that taking books and scrolling on the phone with the book in the front would not do any good but he asks us to study from the book instead.
