Rishi Kapoor is slowly making his way to be the misogynist uncle you tend to stay away from at weddings. Film writers and journalists were recently called out on Twitter by Aditi Mittal as his recent strike surfaced in screenshots
For the uninitiated, the tale goes way back with Rishi Kapoor blatantly abusing people with tweets and DMs alike. While much has been written about his behaviour, not many have been held accountable for shielding him from the flak of the journalistic media. One may say that he only reacts to the crass words of the citizens but his star power and entitlement is one that must not be ignored. With her recent retweet, Aditi Mittal tried to fill in the gap.
So, this where it all began...

Then, a thread appeared out of thin air. Or did it?

This is the point where Aditi came into the picture, calling out film writers and journalists for not calling him out for his behaviour during the promotions of 102 Not Out.
While promoting his “102 not out” film with master creeper @SrBachchan NOT ONE outlet had the guts to ask him about if he’s ok with embarrassing himself in DM’s on Twitter. Coz apparently this is the kind of behaviour expected from these heros. India is sick with hate & misogyny

However, there are, of course, two sides to this story.
rishi kapoor is a Class-A idiot, but calling a reviewer 'asswipe/prick' (esp where reviewer has called Hirani 'scum') hardly makes Kapoor abusive. Ill-bred and immature, sure.

You people try to call his attention by tweeting rubbish to him as you want to get his replies and so you get it. Dont complain then

There is an angle of impressions too!

Remember, the online world never forgets.
1. He’s been calling women “bitches” in DM for having an opinion MUCH before this one.

2. And irrespective, is this the kind of behaviour to be excused and disregarded from apparently a stalwart of Indian cinema? Not acc. to me.
Well, if it were only this one instance, who were to say? But, Rishi Kapoor's Twitter misconduct has been wide-spread over the years.
What's your take?
