Aditi Rao Hydari walked on the red carpet
Aditi Rao Hydari, attending Cannes 2023 for L’Oréal, walked on the red carpet on Thursday. She wore a glorious yellow ruffle gown from Michael Cinco that made her resemble the princess 'Belle' from 'Beauty and the Beast'.
La Cinef Short Film Awards announced
La Cinef, the wing that showcases short films made by film school students, presented the Short Film Palme d'Or on Thursday. The top award went to Marlene Emilie Lyngstad's 'Norwegian Offspring'. Lyngstad is a student of Den Danske Filmskole. The second prize went to Hyein Hwang's South Korean short film 'Hole'. Morocco's Zineb Wakrim won the third prize for 'Moon' aka 'Ayyur'.
South Korean band 'Aespa' debuts at Cannes
The South Korean music band 'Aespa' debuted at Cannes as the band members Karina, Winter, Giselle, and NingNing walked the red carpet representing the brand Chopard.

South Korean film director, Kim Jee-woon's 'Geo-Mi-Jip' aka 'Cobweb' starring veteran actor Song Kang-ho (best known for 'Memories of Murder' and 'Parasite') premiered at Cannes 2023.
