Emraan Hashmi is back with a new web series and it is already taking over the internet by storm! Showtime is a 2024 drama co-directed by Mihir Desai and Archit Kumar and is created by Sumit Roy. The series is about a production house in Mumbai called ‘Viktor Studios’ and is said to offer an insight into the Bollywood industry, nepotism and power struggles. The series stars several well-established actors like Emraan Hashmi, Mouni Roy, Naseeruddin Shah, Rajeev Khandelwal, just to name a few and also features many cameos that add to bringing in the views!
Fans cannot stop gushing over Emraan Hashmi’s performance. The Janta believes he is one of those versatile actors who can range a variety of emotions in a scene. His anti-hero like character of ‘Raghu Khanna’ has added to being another fan favorite in his career. Apart from Emraan, the Janta also seemed to love Rajeev Khandelwaal as ‘Armaan’. They loved seeing how the inner workings of Bollywood really unfolds and what really happens behind the scenes.
