Starring R. Madhavan and Dia Mirza, Rehna Hai Tere Dil Mein is a movie from the early 2000s that brought back all the nostalgia with its re-release this weekend!
While we watch something new each and every week, there are some classics that stay in our hearts forever. For some it’s the music or a particular scene that they can’t get over and for some it’s the actors. Rehna Hai Tere Dil Mein is a mixture of all of these things and hence it brought the Janta to the big screens even after having released 23 years ago. The movie might not have aged well into the current culture because of its story and rightfully so, but because of the emotional value it holds, it's seen the audience flocking to the theatres. At the core of this film is romance and maybe the excitement for the film on social media stems from the fact that we are in dire need of good romantic films right now.

The iconic scene when Madhavan sees Dia Mirza for the first time, dancing in the rain, and when he says “Mein Delhi bol raha hoon, Maddy se” has made it to everyone’s Reels.
