Stonex India celebrated the successful launch of its groundbreaking documentary series, Mastery - Journey of Excellence, currently streaming on Hotstar. The series pays tribute to the Masters of the 7 Fine Arts, celebrating their extraordinary contributions and unwavering dedication to their crafts. The launch event was held at the iconic Nita Mukesh Ambani Cultural Centre (NMACC), where the evening truly celebrated artistic brilliance. Well-known former model and actress Ms Suchitra Pillai warmly welcomed the attendees, her insightful remarks perfectly encapsulating the spirit of mastery and setting an inspiring tone for the night.

A highlight of the event was a compelling panel discussion featuring the very artists showcased in the series. These distinguished creators shared intimate details of their personal journeys, offering the audience a rare glimpse into the creative processes and relentless pursuit of perfection that define their work. Stonex also revealed exclusive details of its forthcoming one-of-its-kind Design District soon to be revealed in New Delhi. It will be a catalyst for creativity and appreciation in stone. A structure inspired by the famous Rosetta stone looks like blocks of stones put together from outside, but the moment you enter inside, it gives you a feeling of being welcomed into an Italian quarry. From dynamic installations inspired by different mudras of Indian dance forms, masterful creation of leading global artists & designers in natural stone, 7 iconic art galleries designed on Human Emotions, and truly immersive art experiences, the Stonex Design district will open doors to an immersive sensory experience. Following the discussion, the audience was treated to a mesmerizing poetry recital by installation artist Lekha Washington called "Truth, Freedom, Art and Other Delusions", and an enlightening talk on the ‘Purpose of Art’ by veteran artist Subodh Kerkar. The evening reached its zenith with an unforgettable performance by acclaimed Carnatic vocalist Sandeep Narayan. His soulful music resonated throughout the venue, leaving the audience spellbound and perfectly embodying the essence of mastery the series seeks to celebrate.

The evening also saw celebrated Bharatanatyam artists Radhe Jaggi and Prachi Sathi. Esteemed celebrity interior designers, such as Rupin Suchak, Hiral Jabolia, Kiran Gala, Prashant Chauhan, Priyanka Mehra, and Piyush Mehra, were also in attendance, adding to the event's prestige. Stonex India also shared exciting news about their forthcoming Design District, slated to launch in 2025. This innovative space will feature an experiential centre showcasing exclusive marbles and natural stones, an art gallery, and other creative initiatives, further cementing Stonex India's dedication to the intersection of art, design, and culture.
