New Update
Emmy Awards 2024

It's the second time this year that the Emmys unfolded its red carpet after hosting the delayed 2023 awards earlier, and here is the complete list of who won what at the 76th award ceremony!

The 76th Primetime Emmy Awards, honoring the best in American prime-time television from June 1, 2023, to May 31, 2024, was recently held at the Peacock Theater in downtown Los Angeles. The back-to-back Emmys in the span of one year might have caused some confusion! However, the 75th Emmy Award ceremony held in January 2024 was postponed from September 2023, which was delayed due to the Hollywood labour disputes- writers' and actors' strikes. The Bear and Succession dominated last year's Emmys with six major wins each; this time, the comedy series Hacks and drama show Shogun have stolen the limelight.

The ceremony, hosted by the father-son duo Eugene Levy and Dan Levy, saw Hacks being named Outstanding Comedy Series and Shogun bagging Outstanding Drama Series award after making a mark for the highest number of nominations - 25. The Bear and Baby Reindeer followed closely, each securing four awards.

Besides the many nominees attending, renowned celebrities like Viola Davis, Colin Farrell, Joshua Jackson, Don Johnson, Mindy Kaling, John Leguizamo, George Lopez, Steve Martin, Martin Sheen, Dick Van Dyke and Kristen Wiig attended the event as presenters. Nominated artists, including Lily Gladstone, Selena Gomez, Steve Martin and Ebon Moss-Bachrach, also took the stage to present awards in various categories. This 76th Emmy Awards, produced by Jesse Collins Entertainment, was aired live on ABC and in India it was broadcast live on Lionsgate Play.
