Alia Bhatt makes our hearts melt every time we watch her on screen! Right from Veera to Sehmat, she has taught us not to give up in the toughest of situations.
To Alia Bhatt,
While most people trolled you for the way you answered questions in 'Koffee With Karan' your art of stealing people's hearts with your charming smile and powerful personality on-screen was noticed by all. It took a while for me to get over the climax in 'Highway' but Veera will always remain at the top of my list of favorite characters. Your movies never fail to leave a mark on me because there's usually a lesson or two to learn from them. You've worked on such realistic films whether it was 'Udta Punjab' or 'Dear Zindagi' and that makes it so easy to relate to them.
As 'Kiara' you taught us that it's okay to be lost in a world where we're already trying to make a place for ourselves, it's okay if sometimes things don't work out at the time we want them to. More than that, you taught us that it's important, to be honest in a relationship and to accept if you're unhappy. Through 'Dear Zindagi', I learned that sometimes in life when we go through bad experiences it's okay to talk about it and there's nothing wrong in going to therapy to understand and figure things out for ourselves. With 'Highway', you inspired women to stand up for themselves, you played 'Veera' beautifully and that will remain one of your best performances IMO to date!
You talking about your relationship with Ranbir Kapoor so graciously is a big deal for an actor like you who is always the talk of the town. The way you've spoken about Shaheen's depression and stood up for her all along showed how caring and courageous you are. Watching you grow from Student of the Year to Gangubai has been an absolute pleasure!
With love,
Your biggest fan
