Savi and Vid of Bruised Passports, Ankush Bahugana and Sukriti talk about the realities of traveling at a time when every one of us misses it the most.

Lockdown or not, Instagram and other social media platforms are filled with travel-related content all year round whether it's about how much we miss traveling, what to do in the Maldives, places to visit in Dubai, or the last time we used a passport and just beautiful everything away from home looks like. While everyone is posting throwback photos of their last exotic vacation, rarely do we come across content that talks about the realities of travel like passing out on road trips vs listening to playlists filled with songs from Dil Chahta Hai, Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara, and Yeh Jawani Hai Deewani.

Seriously, how often do you come across content that addresses motion sickness while traveling via road and the sea or friends getting impatient while clicking that perfect picture for Instagram when you're traveling? Content creators like Ankush Bahugana, Sukriti and Savi, and Vid address all of these via their content through thoughtful captions and Reels. And this is precisely what we need right now. Remembering the realities of traveling also helps us miss it a tad lesser and that feels a little relieving given how travel is mostly limited right now.

Here's what they have to say!
